It’s very disturbing how many people seem to think this is simply a matter of whether she is guilty or whether she should be able to “walk free.” How many WOMEN think she is innocent ! That is actually scary. How many WOMAN have no clue what this is all about. The reality is much more complicated. The prosecution has presented evidence and testimony about what happened, including detailed accounts of how the children died due to Lindsey admitted it. But ultimately, a jury has to determine whether she is legally responsible and whether she meets the standard for first-degree murder or is found not criminally responsible. If convicted of first-degree murder, she faces life in prison without parole. If she is found not criminally responsible, she would be committed to a state psychiatric hospital. Whatever someone believes about her guilt, this case is heartbreaking and disturbing, especially because three innocent children lost their lives. This is about those three babies. Lindsey did it. She will never walk free. Period.
