I just saw a reporters tic toc that was there and she asked him are you declaring a mistrial and he said why would I do that. Also, she said she thinks someone was sleeping in court but she does not clarify who was sleeping.

I think the defence thought the judge would rule in his favour and gave the tiktoc girl be allowed to testify, and the judge rejected that . And he didn’t have the other lady available for the rest of the day , she goes on tomorrow morning
