@seiravxoxo_: Westminster Mall is getting a MAJOR makeover 👀 The old mall is being transformed into Bolsa Pacifica, a new mixed-use community bringing ~1,100 apartments, 100 townhomes, a 175-room hotel, restaurants, a food hall, and a 2.5-acre park with pickleball courts, a dog park + outdoor amphitheater. Instead of being just a place to shop, the goal is to create a community where people can live, work, eat, and actually spend time. This is part of a bigger trend happening across Orange County: turning aging malls into walkable, mixed-use communities to help address the housing shortage.
