WAIT I THINK I FIGURED IT OUT. What if all the incursions are because of doom. What if he dream walked into Tony. Nudging him to create time travel. And continuing to nudge him to push everyone to live false lives, and cause incursions. Giving him REASON to create one world ruled under DOOM. Which would ultimately fit his narrative.
