And YES it's still vegetable soup with the meat in it 🤣 **Recipe** 2 lbs ground beef 1 bag mixed vegetables 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes 15 oz tomato sauce 2 tbs tomato paste 4 cups beef broth 1 onion 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper 3 celery stalks 3 potatoes diced 1 tbs worcestershire sauce 2 tbs brown sugar 1 Beefy onion soup mix packet (Optional, but adds great flavor!) Seasonings: Black pepper Nature's seasoning Italian seasoning Garlic powder Smoked paprika 1 to 2 bay leaves In a dutch oven or large pot, brown ground beef. Drain excess grease and add onion, bell peppers, celery, and seasonings. Saute until softened and add tomato paste. Cook for 2 to 3 mins and add diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Stir and then add mixed vegetables, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar. Bring to gentle boil and add potatoes. Add bay leaves, cover, and simmer for 25 to 30 mins (potatoes should be fork tender).
