Interesting move by Nasdaq, but the part many traders may overlook is that longer market hours don’t automatically mean better opportunities. More time can also mean more noise, lower liquidity periods, and emotional decision-making. Experienced traders know the challenge isn’t just finding setups — it’s knowing when conditions actually support a decision. Market structure, risk management, and patience will still matter whether markets trade 6 hours or 23. The real question is: will extended hours improve access, or just create more chances for impulsive trading?
