Make sure you allocate more ram to your game manually until they fix some issues, I usually go with 6-8gb and if you have a lot of ram 12gb is a little overkill but a safe spot unfortunately this doesn't fix server side issues.

for crazy fps buy a crazy cpu, thats what the game needs most, single core perfomance. best on ryzens 3d cpus, but also mid/good: 5700x-all above
