Yes — Hoka will replace your shoes if they have a defect and you’re still within their warranty window. But they do NOT replace shoes for normal wear and tear. The timeline is usually 1–3 weeks depending on evaluation.

My husband’s went bad super early, and they did the honest thing and refunded! However, you have to pay to have them shipped to them, then you wait for them to review the shoe, and they refund you through their website (so you have to pay for shipping on the new ones)! Just to clarify if anyone’s curious!

Nope. They told me mine was not warrantied after I filled out the info and sent them pictures and they denied me!! Mine were not even 4 months old!
