He’s gentle, affectionate, loyal, and just wants to be near his people. His past may have been rough, but it hasn’t changed the kind of dog he is. He is incredibly sweet and has so much love to give. No dog should have to spend this much of their life waiting in a shelter. Blue has already waited long enough.
