I believe Red knew she was not going to be considered. I believe Red just wanted her to share the context of her experience while she worked there. To give the jury more information on treatment works in that facility even if it was at a time that Lindsay was not getting care . Is still enough information to know some details in how the facility runs and not just fall for what was being said of patients getting alit of time with therapy . Getting a current therapist subpoena won’t get actual information needed since the employee will not risk their job about saying something negative about the facility. The judge didn’t rejected her as witness but kept the relevant information she shared about how facility ran while she worked and that’s all Red wanted. Mission accomplished! Red is no rookie.
