Mine is mostly coconut 🥥 5 free recipes — link in my bio Coconut filling • 2 cups (160 g) unsweetened shredded coconut • ½ cup (120 ml) thick coconut cream • 3 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tsp vanilla extract • Pinch of fleur de sel Coating • 200 g dark chocolate (70% or higher) • 1 tbsp coconut oil Mix everything by hand — not in a food processor, or you lose the coconut strands. It’s ready when the mixture holds together as you press it between your fingers. Shape into bars and freeze 30 to 40 minutes. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil and dip each bar.
