This girl is clearly desperate. You don’t know her situation. She might live in an abusive home and she seems terrified about what is going to happen. You already had her information and plate number and could have just reported it anyway. Standing there and trying to block her in is crazy.

Hit and runs are illegal yes trapping somebody in a parking spot is also illegal He already had her information and had no legal right to hold her hostage like that if anything, this is going to put him at more risk of getting legal trouble when and if he takes it to court
