My oldest son was an attorney. He didn't show up for closing statements on a murder trial. They sent out a Sheriff deputy for welfare check and kicked door in. Unfortunately he had sudden heart failure ( gym rat and no drugs) and he passed at home. Insane things can happen. His partner did the closing statements the next day and they won. Cody really believed in that guy's innocence so I have to comfort in that. But just saying ... anything can happen

I just saw a tik tok by a reporter who was inside today (Lauren Conlin) & she directly asked Red if he was asking for a mistrial and his answer "no, why would I want to do this again?" & she did mention that she heard Red upset about someone sleeping but she couldn't find out anything more ...so I'll add this to the pile of speculation 😂
