I’m going on my 3rd month, my migraines are gone and my anxiety is getting better. I’m already down 20lbs and because I have scarring in my lungs from covid in 2021 I’m on oxygen permanently, so this will also help my breathing when I do strenuous movements! So glad I am able to be on one!! Life changing!!
