I notice it’s worse when I cheat on my diet so I assume inflammation is doing something to my nerves somehow. Sometimes one hand ice cold and the other is completely normal.

if you have pelvic congestion syndrome then you are more likely already to have vascular compressions. Ask them to rule out nut cracker. may Thurner, and smas
