I used to have a dish of candies out. Various kinds. One of my coworkers had lost a significant amount of weight and loved one type I put in the dish. He respectfully asked me to stop including those candies as they were a huge temptation for him. Easy fix. I stopped putting those out. Still had candies just not ones that tempted him.

We have a Bagel Barbie, Sourdough Bread Queen, & Cinnamon Roll Confectioner in our office (all the same employee). We also have people who can’t or don’t indulge. But even they encourage her to bring in her home baked goods. We all smile more on the days she does.
