last week one driver was driving a white BMW causing a big accident,no driver 🪪,no insurance,no registration,high speed,drunk and intoxicated with drugs,56st and Avalon around 8:50,me and another family are waiting the green light to continue with our travel, when this delincuent pass the red light and hit the family car in the front, exploiting the card bags and pushed the car , hitting my car with the back of the car.
