I just finished watching this movie and yeah I know this is sorta a comedy and it’s just a movie and I am most definitely overanalyzing it too deeply but Devon was low key the villian of this whole movie, not Celeste 😭 She was the one who was so desperate to have a best friend and she asked Celeste to be her roommate with her. And then when Celeste started to be messy and unorganized and did all the shit that Devon hated, Devon started being rude to her but she never even told Celeste what her problem was with her 😭 Up until that point, Celeste was hella sweet and friendly and genuinely loved her but once she caught on to Devon’s vibe towards her, then that’s when she started being bitchy and it all went downhill from there. Everything that happened is literally Devon’s fault because she could have just communicated with her roommate and everything probably would have ended up fine 😭
