Trust me on this one. ☕️ I used @Bourbon Barrel Foods Kentuckyaki Sauce to make this sweet, savory, ridiculously rich glaze — it brings SO much flavor to this recipe. 👌🏽 For the lamb: Salt + pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Dried rosemary Dried thyme Dried parsley Adobo For the coffee brown sugar teriyaki glaze: ☕️ Black coffee ✨ 3 tbsp @Bourbon Barrel Foods Kentuckyaki Sauce 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic 🤎 2 tbsp brown sugar 🍯 Honey ✨ A little of the same seasoning blend Cornstarch to thicken Season the lamb generously, then sear for about 3–4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Add the glaze ingredients to the pan and let everything reduce. Whisk in a little cornstarch until the sauce gets glossy and thick, then add the chops back in and COAT.
