@.jaz.is.so.fab: My favorite movie has been Tangled for YEARS🥹💞 this was such a special moment for me because it was MY act of "letting go." Letting go of the anger, hurt, betrayal, sadness, anxiety, and trauma I've held all my life. I've wanted a fresh mental start for so long and even tho placing a floating piece of paper on water can seem like something so small and insignificant. This was a moment in my life where I declared a clean slate. Doesn't mean all my problems and hurts magically disappeared but it means that from this point on I will continue to choose growth, enthusiasm, kindness, gratitude, and love. None of us are perfect but what matters is the effort we put in to grow in healthy ways. I hope this inspires at least one person to do THAT ONE THING that will help you mentally let go of whatever is holding you back. That can be saying a true goodbye to a certain place, thing, or person. Doing something you love that you haven't done in years. Or pushing yourself to try something that is out of your comfort zone.
