Nothing new . The whole coastline . San Diego beachfront properties , go there and walk the beach at 8-10 PM . 90% of the OCEAN FRONT homes and few rows behind are all vacant , these are all money holders / placers used simply to hold $ . When you’re at the level of these people with billings on billions and billions, there’s only so much you could buy and the smartest thing to do is buy properties and where do you buy - is the most expensive areas in the world. Just let it sit . It’s unfortunate it’s this way . Everything is fake . We are living a full on lie .

i don't get it. how can 1 company own so many units and also claim homestead exemption on all of them? first you are a company not a person and second you can only claim exemption on 1 address. what is going on here?

Like I’ve been saying it’s literally the rich versus the poor and middle class. They control the media and try to put us against each other. When really we should be working with each other to get better laws and regulations in place.
