Anyone else get a drunk feeling, insomnia, hungry, every night. I'm on the oral Progesterone? I take 100mg - 200mg orally I have had a obligation 20+ yrs ago... Help... what do you suggest or whats your opinion. my provider stated to up my dose to 300mg to 400mg if I wasn't sleeping.. I have not tried that.

You should talk about the side effects of using oral progesterone. Bloating, constipation and gained weight, how it slow motility and can cause dysbiosis.

I tried 100 for 3 months but tge GI upset was intolerable. 😭 my dr said she never heard this. I also bloated from estradiol and retained water. Double whammy. So bummed.

I am on 100 mg every night of bioidentical progesterone no oestrogen because I have physical anxiety since in my perimenopause. It helped a little bit but I still get those adrenaline rushes and I’m wondering can I increase the progesterone to 200 mg would that help? PS I am already six months on it xx

I have adenomyosis and lately I’ve been having a lot of horrible cramping. I haven’t had that in years and so do you think that I should update my progesterone from 100 mg to 200 mg? I don’t get hot flashes so do I need to even be on estradiol?

2 pumps estro gel and. 300 mg oral progest for first 14 days of cycle - helps with all symptoms but mid cycle bleeding and cramping for days after stopping progest each cycle , changing dose and routes has not helped

This was very helpful for me. I found out after a hysterectomy that I had stage 4 endometriosis and adenomyosis, I didn't realize there could still be lesions. 😳

So I’m curious what they think about down low progesterone and then whether or not you’re talking cyclical or the last 12 days etc. For those of us that do not tolerate oral progesterone it causes me to suffocate from relaxing my airway.

Listen to this woman. Was on estrogen with no progesterone. Ended up with complete hyperplasia with atypia and a subsequent hysterectomy. Dr who prescribed was a quack.

I was put on 100 mgs during my leutal phase, really helps a lot with symptoms and insomnia. But menstrual bleeding has been insane enough to cause anemia again a year after an infusion. I didn’t take it last month and my symptoms were horrible but bleeding way better? Idk what to do bc I think I need the progesterone.

200 mg made me sleep worse than at 100 mg. I had a lot of dizziness, very clumsy and I would have crazy jolts when I'd try to fall asleep. But I am still having adrenaline surges. I do not have a uterus and am currently on .05 patch
