And thats just mental. Nowhere in any of this did you mention having to clean the whole entire house Sunday, mealprep, run errands, etc because its the only time in the week you have to do so.

The answer is: you aren't supposed to have a life outside of work that doesn't somehow support going to work. We are slaves by design under late stage capitalism. We need to stop asking rhetorical questions that we know the answers to and instead ask our selves. "When is enough going to be enough?"
