Apparently a hot take: if you work in a position where you're going to potentially have to give someone the WORST NEWS OF THEIR LIFE And you can't handle being yelled at, you probably shouldn't work in that position. Seeing people at their lowest means seeing people at their LOWEST. Screaming "don't touch me" was nothing.
