So I’ve never made corn on the cob myself despite the fact that I love it- would you recommend the way you cooked it before cutting off the kernels? Just drain and cool down for a bit but leave the cobs intact?

I just made corn butter to put over tortellini. Delicious! I can't believe I grew up in Indiana and have never heard/thought of this. It is so good!

Wow! Must try. Was at the farmers market yesterday and was tempted to get corn but thought, nah, won’t be able to eat it all this week. So this is a brilliant idea! I did get tomatoes and basil though… regrets! Will go back tomorrow.
