it holds everything in but whew getting in something that size, I would have been sweating a storm. lol. ive had to send back because I dont like having to fight THAT hard to get it on. but babyyyy when its on, you are snatched. I get the same smoothing effect with the larger sizes I've ordered and was comfortable wearing all day.
