The city won’t release land for bungalows or bungalow condos, why is that? All they are building is high density housing, population is getting older no one wants to downsize buying something with stairs.

I want detached housing available. Everyone is converting large 5-bedroom houses into duplexes for large families. It's so difficult finding a house big enough for a full family that is affordable.
