Chocolate Balls Covered in Sprinkles (Brigadeiro) Ingredients: 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 3 tbsp Dutch-processed cocoa powder 1 tbsp unsalted butter, cubed Pinch of salt Sprinkles, for rolling Directions: In a bowl, pour in the condensed milk, then sift the cocoa powder and salt over it Whisk it together, then pour into a nonstick pan over medium-low heat Stir constantly until it starts to thicken, then add in the butter and stir until very thick Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl, then cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours Roll into tablespoon-sized balls, then coat in the sprinkles and serve Enjoy!! #brigadeirorecipes #chocolaterecipes #trendingfoods #viralrecipes
