As someone who work on the other side. I’m genuinely shocked as to how a team that’s given a limited budget can go from 4k to 32k for ONE creator without cancelling so many other creators and hence reduce the reach of the campaign overall… doesn’t make sense to me… how did the brand not go for other creators that also do a good job but is within their budget ?

Hold on, maybe my ego might come into play though I always say the worst they can say is no. Isn't it appaling for them to offer up $4k while the renegotiations have gone up to $30k. I mean even it's low balling you, a whole $26k? I would be pissed cause then they would strain you with the deliverables

One of the best things I have learnt in life is to advocate for myself, people weight up how they can take from you. Because $4k to $32k is crazy. I had a job once where a girl was getting paid $2k more than me and she wasn’t in most of the time, so I was doing her job, these big companies have money so ask for more.
