Bi polar disorder is such a cruel cruel monster. I wouldn’t wish my experiences upon my worst enemy. It took 5 years of hospitalizations, meds, therapies to get to a somewhat stable me.. finally I’m back to work. It was hard but worth it.. wishing you love and good health ❤️
