Look into “boob gymnastics” for clogged ducts. That and ice were the ONLY things that relieved me from clogs. Also, so happy to hear that nursing has been going well!

Clogged duct help: warm compress like heating pad and massage from the back of toward the nip while nursing to encourage the clog to dislodge. Sometimes you can see the clog come out - I forgot about this until now haha it’s wild but so cool (and feels like relief!)
