i did badminton club in high school & this was one of my biggest fears bc the rackets are not sturdy like tennis. We would always be playing silly w each other & the birdie would pop the wire, or the circle would disconnect from the handle.

Honestly it’s very sad she passed away but to sue the company is stupid af. Clearly metal rackets are meant to be cheaply made if they were better quality it would cost more. The question is why did these parents think it was ok to leave their children unattended? This is completely their fault… not the companies. The company does not have responsibility on how you use their product. They shouldn’t have left that object around their children in the first place cause even if it’s just a regular racket it can be dangerous.
