@drbraceofficial: Your MRI report isn't the whole story. 📄❌ It is easy to panic when you see a Grade 2 or 3 meniscus tear on paper. But here is the biomechanical truth: you have to treat the symptoms, not just the scan. Many people walk around with moderate meniscus tears and feel zero pain because their leg mechanics are flawless. On the flip side, a tiny Grade 1 tear can be agonizing if your knee constantly caves inward when you walk, aggressively grinding that damaged spot with every single step. The grade tells you the structural damage, but your daily pain comes from how you load that joint. Fixing how your hip, knee, and ankle align is often the real key to stopping that catching and sharp pain, regardless of what the MRI says. Does your knee hurt more when you squat, or when you twist? Drop your symptoms in the comments and let's discuss! 👇 #kneepain #biomechanics #meniscus #physicaltherapy

I was never told what grade. I was told just complex. Mine is a horizontal medial tear extending from midbody to posterior horn to root zone junction in both red & white zones.
