Home Office gives visa to Skilled Workers couple’s families, their family don’t even have any reasonable jobs back home, yet they give the visas real quick Maybe they want them to work rigorously and pay TAX! However they refuse British citizens families members visas with stupiiid reasons***even if you them everything they need to see!😤

It also depends how you present your documents and evidence you provide. So after refusal you are given a reason so you apply again and address the issues raised in the refusal. Been there and done it

a relative of mine was denied visitor visa despite travelling alongside with the sponsor who covers everything. Home Office says he needs to provide his own finance & no right to appeal. I asked, is it possible the same relative can be able to apply for a study visa?@Carla Thomas . how can this be followed

Hi Carla, please I’ve been with the same employer for more than 6 months. If I’m applying for spouse visa and I’m doing overtime to meet the financial requirement. The overtime payslip will have to be 6 months too right? @Carla Thomas
