@campergirlandsassy527: This turkey and ranch dressing may look difficult, but it’s not. Very easy. It’s a great meal and you can even make it ahead and freeze it. 😋 Ingredients- 1 1/2 -2 pounds boneless turkey breast - *if frozen thaw before cooking. (you can use Chicken Breasts ) 1 box dry stuffing mix (traditional herb or Turkey flavor-I use Stove Top Stoving. 1 (1-ounce) packet dry ranch dressing mix 1/2 cup of chopped baby carrots 1/2 cup of chopped onion 1/3 cup of small diced celery 1 can of turkey or chicken broth -heat in a microwave cup *2 cups hot water and butter for dressing Nonstick cooking spray ( using a full pan. Makes it easy when you’re done just to throw it away or you can use a pan and spray it. Preparation- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Set a rectangular disposable aluminum foil baking tin (about 9x13 inches) on a sturdy baking sheet for easier handling. Lightly spray the inside of the foil tin with nonstick cooking spray-prevents sticking. In a medium bowl, pour the dry stuffing mix. Add butter as required and 2 cups of hot water according to the box directions. Stir gently until the stuffing is evenly moistened and starting to soften add carrots -celery-onion -mix gently. Spread the moistened stuffing evenly in the bottom of the disposable foil tin, pressing it lightly into an even layer. You want it level but -“do not pack down “ so it can stay fluffy while it bakes. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Slice into 1” -1 1/2” slices so they cook more evenly. Lay the turkey breasts in a single layer upright on top of the stuffing, leaving a little space between each piece. Pour the cup of hot broth over the sides of the “dressing only”. Sprinkle the dry ranch dressing mix evenly over the tops of the breasts. Let a little spill down onto the stuffing here and there-those ranchy bits will bake into the bread and give you lovely pockets of flavor. Cover the foil placing two or 3 pieces together to make a tent -so it doesn't press down on the turkey. But tightly press the foil at the bottom of the pan to keep the heat in. Slide the tin (still on the baking sheet) into the preheated oven and bake, covered, for 25-30 minutes. After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove the top foil. Return the uncovered pan to the oven and bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until the Turkey is cooked through (165°F in the thickest part) and the stuffing is set and lightly golden on top. “Don’t overcook” Once done, let the dish rest for about 5-10 minutes. Serve the turkey and stuffing straight from the disposable tin while it's very warm. Serve with cranberry sauce or a salad. 😋#turkey#DinnerIdeas #creatorsearchinsights
