i was in a facility and a lady told us to always make our bed up before we go out anywhere because you never know when you'll bring someone back with you. also to always shower everyday in case you end up in the hospital and they cut your clothes off ....

girl please dont throw your pillows on the same ground you walk on, especially with shoes on. it will mess up your skin and your hair will get dirty much easier
