I have daca and it expires on nov 4th. I renewed back on May and no update yet. I want to file for AOS citizen spouse, should I wait or would you recommend to file already? I’m just worried I’ll have to show up to interview with an expired DACA.

Question for everyone, or for an attorney. I know many are telling us to just keep working until your employer says something, but what are the repercussions behind that? At the end of the day we can’t work with an expired EAD and we’re the only ones who know the expiration date technically, if we keep working we’re knowingly doing so.
