I would recommend knee surgery if anyone is young and dislocated their patella atleast twice because the reconstruction is very strong and the recovery sucks but in the long run it is well worth it

Not true, I came back from an ACL and meniscus tear and was fully healthy. Dont let doctors and people like this tell you otherwise, because ultimately you write your story, not them.
