Sausage & Potato Foil Packs Ingredients * 1 pack jalapeño cheddar sausage, sliced * 1½–2 lbs red potatoes, chopped into small pieces * 1 bell pepper, chopped * 1 onion, chopped * 2 tbsp Minced Garlic * Olive oil * Britscookin Cajun Seasoning, to taste * Cowboy Butter Seasoning, to taste * Salt & pepper, if needed * Shredded cheese, for topping * Green Onions for topping * Heavy duty aluminum foil Directions 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Chop your potatoes, bell pepper and onion. Slice the sausage into bite sized pieces. 3. Toss the potatoes and veggies with a little olive oil, garlic and season well with Britscookin Cajun & Cowboy Butter. (I used kinders) 4. Tear off large pieces of foil. Add a scoop of the veggies and potatoes to each, then a handful of sausage. 5. Fold the foil packs up tightly so the steam doesn’t escape. 6. Bake at 400°F for about 40 minutes, then carefully open one and check the potatoes. They should be fork tender. 7. Open the packs, sprinkle with shredded cheese and return to the oven, open, for about 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted. 8. Top with green onions. Serve right out of the foil. Super easy and so good y’all!
