Free bleeding baybeeeee, I 100% gaurentee it. There is special underwear so you’re not getting blood on things and sometimes I use a special cotton rag as needed. I also utilize towelettes during that time of the month for cleanup. I’ve had less bleeding accidents and my periods are very light.

i used to have the worsttt problems with my period and then i switched to organic pad brands like natracare/rael and i swear my mood got better and my cycles regulated more. i just wish it were the same price as the generic pad brands

reusable cloth pads are what I've been using for the past 10-12 years. They last around 7 to 10 years, have reduced my period by 1 day, and I never get period pain. easy to wash and use and can change easier than period undies which I do use sometimes but prefer cloth pads.
