It’s getting only an iced coffee instead of a sandwich and fries with it. It’s half a cart at the store instead of a full one. It’s an appetizer at your bday dinner instead of an entree.

two things can be true. prices can be too high, and there can be a line because not enough. people are working at whatever fast food restaurant you're trying to buy the food from.

we had about $60 in our account. I worked a 12 hr shift (430 am to 430 pm). I was on my way home and I was starving. 30 min drive home. I stopped and got me a $10 super potato ole. that's all I ate that day.

1. people still need to eat. 2. its a K shaped economy. the financial top 10 or 20% are doing very well and spending enough money to make the economy seem better than it is

where the hell are you going? where there's a line everywhere? both things can be true. you do understand that groceries and gas being high doesn't mean people don't need to get to work and still buy groceries. they buy less groceries. They take less trips. That's what tourism down in the United States... please tell your family to stop marrying each other
