@yoursleepbff: usually if you’re experiencing leak it’s coming from one of these scenarios: 1. the straps are too tight or lobsided it’ll leak more. make sure it’s tightened well 2. the frame size is wrong. check the position to know you have the right size 3. check the cushion size. a small wide is not a small! 4. fix mouth leak. if on a nasal mask try either through mouth tape, a chin strap, or increasing humidity

I have this same mask. my problem is the back head strap it moves up my head when im sleeping I wake up all night and pull it back down. I dont know how to get that to stop and ive tighten and loosen the side straps

My clinician started me on a size medium but I kept feeling like it was pinching my nostrils shut. I switched to the SW and even tho it feels looser on my nose (as in when I breath in I feel some “wind”) but it doesn’t bother me and the machine doesn’t log any leaks. Should I stick with the SW then?

Several people are feared trapped after a building under construction collapsed along 9th Street in Nairobi’s Eastleigh area on Friday, October 23. The Friday afternoon incident brought business to a standstill along the busy street as residents, traders and passersby gathered near the scene. There were fears that workers or other people may have been inside the building when it collapsed, with efforts to establish whether anyone was trapped ongoing. The number of people trapped, casualties and injuries had not been confirmed by the time of publication as details of the incident continued to emerge. According to eyewitness accounts and reports from the scene, the building was still under construction and had reached its 18th floor before it collapsed. Meanwhile, the incident caused a major traffic snarl-up on roads leading into and out of Eastleigh, a busy commercial hub in Nairobi’s Eastlands, disrupting movement in the surrounding area.
