If he is a tomcat and if there’s Tnr programs in your area that are free trap him and get them fixed ❣️❣️❣️you don’t have to tell the neighbors since they’re outside, if they are chipped, the clinic will call them to have them picked up or ask if they want them to get fixed they won’t give your name out.
