I just want to say, I’m sorry you’ve been through this, but this dosent speak for MotionX. We pride our selfs on respect, positivity and growth. And I can speak for everyone whos in agency offering out our sincerest apology. I’ve known you for a while now swarbs and I know alot of people in agency also have and we have nothing but respect for you. Gifters are respected and appreciated to the highest degree and so is everyone who joins. Our people high up have a zero tolerance to abuse/disrespect or bullying on the app and everything that happens is bought up with them and is sanctioned. Again I’m sorry you’ve been through this. This isn’t what MotionX stands for and it isn’t what it represents. I hope you can see this. If you wanna talk, my DMs are always open 🫶

I just want to take a moment to remind everyone what MotionX stands for: positivity, respect, growth and supporting one another. We understand that everyone is entitled to their own opinions, views and perspectives, and we will always respect that. At the same time, being part of a community means understanding that our words and actions can have an impact on others. MotionX does not tolerate or condone the recent events, and we want to make that absolutely clear. Disrespect, negativity or behaviour that goes against the values of our community will always be taken seriously. We also want to make it clear that we have the utmost respect for our high-level gifters and supporters. Their support is appreciated, but nobody should ever feel pressured or expected to gift. Gifting is a personal choice, and we will never expect or demand it from anyone. We appreciate people for who they are and the support they choose to give, not simply for what they can contribute financially. With the good, unfortunately, there can sometimes be bad. What matters is how we choose to handle those situations and move forward. Rather than allowing negativity to divide us, let’s focus on supporting each other, continuing to grow and creating a positive environment for everyone. We appreciate every creator, supporter and member of MotionX who continues to put in the effort and represent the community in the right way.

i can testify to the fact that swarbs' association with people is not based on gifting. I have barely gifted swarbs yet she has always been my friend and been there for me. regarding people and agencies like that, I would say there's a lot of toxicity in agencies. Creators get jealous of each other's success and instead of wanting friendly competition they end up trying to sabotage people doing better than them. For example i have seen people target each other's gifters by having them fall out with the creator they were gifting. Barely any manager or owner gives you any support even after all the promises and guarantees they make on their posts before you join the agency. There is favouritism where one creator is given preference over another. These people end up becoming managers even though they bring a bad reputation with them but what matters to the owner is that they are bringing in the coins.

I agree with this, the owner doesn’t appreciate the gifters, there’s no support system, I’ve tried for months helping them, but the owner doesn’t wanna listen, not to mention they are bringing in people who are not of age
