As an East Asian with 3 Siamese cats, YES IT IS RACIST. A cat literally plays the piano with chopsticks in the same movie. Nobody is and about the eyes, we are mad that the characters rely on stereotypes.

Disney themselves have talked about this, yet people want to remain ignorant toward very real historical context. Things like this do not exist in a vacuum and this scene is so much more than the way their eyes are drawn. The music, the teeth, the voices, the way they are depicted as smart yet evil and cruel and most importantly the time this came out.
