@bizcoachsasha: The beginning of rebirth often feels a lot like death. And I think that’s the part we don’t talk about enough …. the unraveling, the grief, the uncertainty, the moments where you genuinely don’t know what comes next. The last six months have felt like a descent for me. So much of it has been sitting with grief and actually allowing myself to feel what was moving through me instead of rushing to find the lesson or the silver lining. Because eventually, something shifts. You begin to transmute the grief into gratitude.. not because you’re grateful for everything you experienced, but because you can finally honor what it taught you, what it revealed, and what it asked you to surrender. And part of that surrender has been recognizing what I’ve been carrying that was never actually mine. The ancestral patterns. The mother-line wounds. The moments where I learned to abandon myself, stay small, silence myself, or choose against my own knowing. And I think this is one of the deepest forms of rebirth: You stop repeating the pattern. You choose differently. You break the curse in all the tiny moments where you finally choose yourself. And somewhere in that process, you realize: I’m not falling apart. I’m being reborn. I feel like I’m finally coming up for air. And honestly, no wonder guiding visionary women through reinvention, expansion, and rebirth feels so deeply woven into my soul path. This is a cycle I know intimately: descent, death, surrender, rebirth, embodiment, expansion.
