54 and been doing it wrong for 34 years. The smartest people last in-first out, don’t work through breaks and take their holiday/sick time. I’ve banked 254 days of sick time for nothing other than personal morals which is highly overrated.Do what you’re paid to do and do it well

If the shift starts at 7 my tools will start coming out at 7. Taking my tools out requires me to work so therefore I wouldn’t be starting that until 7. You made the rules🤷‍♂️
