This makes me so glad I reread ACOTAR stating December 2025 and did that earlier this year. I regularly do rereads of TOG because it’s my favorite series of her so I won’t reread it for the new books. I do however plan on reading CC again to refresh.

The thing is…i don’t want to rush myself to read ANY book or series just so i can pick up on some of the easter eggs/references. i want to be able to enjoy the series without having to worry about finishing in time and fully digest the story at my own pace.

I read Crescent City 2nd before TOG and I have to say I have recognized so many connections and Easter eggs! I’m in the last 100 pages of the Tandem read now 🥲

I did the tandem read but I regret doing so. The cliffhanger in EoS is not so big I couldn’t have gone through ToD. Instead I didn’t enjoy EoS as much as I might have because I only rushed through those chapter so I could read the ToD, no such a disappointment the tandem read 🥲
