@lukechalaire: How to be a successful young firefighter 🚒 Be coachable and stay humble. Take criticism, learn from it, and get better. Be the first one willing to work and don’t wait around to be told what needs to be done. Know your equipment, train when nobody is making you, stay physically ready, and learn everything you can from the guys who have been doing the job longer than you. You’re not expected to know everything when you’re young. Show up with a good attitude, put in the work, ask questions, and become someone your crew knows they can count on when it matters. Respect is earned in the fire service—earn a little more every shift. 🚒 #firefighter #career #fyp
