I was actually excited that my job doesn't offer a health insurance plan because we have health insurance through my husband's job and they charge you more if your spouse works at a job that offers health insurance, regardless of whether or not you take that health insurance plan. Because....it's fine, don't worry about it, this is totally normal.

One past job gave “merit increases” of 2% MAX annually. After a year asked about path to advancement & they told me mayyybe if I doubled their business (meanwhile biz was decreasing due to clients becoming more conservative with their investments & impacts of tariffs)

the amount of "masters required" positions I've seen with a yearly salary 30k-45k and an EXPECTATION of 50 hours minimum a week is depressing. like imagine going to school to be one of the most educated on your topic just to get paid a minimum wage
